vegas error

Getting a Sony Vegas error when i try to render.

When i click 'Render as' i get the following error message:

An error occurred while creating the media file .
Exception thrown by method called

I'm using Vegas 11 64bit, it's a cracked version but it's worked fine before. I've tried multiple keygens/cracks, reinstalling etc etc, everything but reformat. I can't use vegas 10/9/8 as my project file won't work.

I've posted everywhere and no one seems to of heard of it, anyone know a possible fix?
