Any CSGO fps config? / CSGO FPS Thoughts

Hey guys I would like to know if there is any good FPS config for CSGO. My pc is like 3-4 years old and I can run the game with unstable ~60ish to 70ish fps, but when there are a lot of effects such grenades and molotovs it drops pretty pretty hard, and it starts being unplayable.

I tried to execute some CSS FPS configs (they were like god for me in CSS, improved me from 100ish unstable fps to 110+ stable) but there are some CVARs that doesn't exist in CSGO, engine things I guess.

Oh, and I want to share that the only "succesfull" method I found for improving my first 50fps was putting all my options on low or very low, same with the resolution (the lowest one, 640*480) and fps_max 70 to play it smoothly (not that smooth compared to CSS:P)

I thought about overclocking my CPU, do u guys know what is the main resource for the game? like is it using GFX or CPU? or something else maybe? so I can upgrade my pc a bit :)
