PC for just over £400

A mate of mine is looking to get a new PC, he doesn't want anything too special. It will also be prebuilt as it's easier for him. What do you guys think about this for £416.60 inc VAT and delivery;

Obviously he's open to ideas and if any of you can get a better rig prebuilt for cheaper than that'd be great.

I know this will run Source at 100+ FPS easily, and I'm quite confident that given the CPU power it'll also run CS:GO well.
