Clicking On Second Monitor Mid Game

This has something that has annoyed me for a really long time playing CSS, but I'm playing GO now, so I figured I'd ask here in hope of finally finding a definitive solution.

Basically, I play CS on one monitor and have another monitor at the side of that. When I'm playing, if I try to do a really fast flickshot (like a whole sweep of my mat) I somehow end up clicking on the other monitor and minimizing the game. It only happens when I whip the mouse really fast.

This wasn't a problem before I had the second monitor but it's really starting to get on my nerves. I found a program called MurGeeMon that you can run in the background to constrain the cursor to one monitor, but you have to pay for it and it's kind of inconvenient. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?
