Monitor Problem

Hi Guys, I have just purchased a new 30" Hazro HZ30WiE and am having an issue with flickering. It just starts doing it randomly, will last a few minutes then seems to sort itself it until it starts doing it again.

I have tried plugging the cable I was using into my 2nd monitor and there are no issues there so I dont think its the cable.
Switched it to the other slot on my GFX card (GTX 670 with latest drivers) and still got same problem.

This is making me believe it is probably a faulty monitor, and I have contacted the manufacturer, but any thoughts welcomed. I have recorded a clip of the problem, forgive the poor quality but it was filmed on an iPhone while still trying to play poker :)
