Game booster?

i3-380m
onboard intel
4gb ram

It runs source on 120+fps unless its inferno then its a drain

Laptops rather annoying everyfew minutes the fan will stop then drop my fps overheat n start again what can i download to make it constantly run at a certain percentage with no drops

On my amd pc i think i had overdrive and something else that was like asus or something i cant remember basically let me change the fan speeds on gcard and fans

using gamebooster3 atm cant use intel turbo as it dont work with i3's

Any help appreciated x
