Duo Q Partner?

Been playing a while, good knowledge of the game etc. Play top and mid mainly but can ad and will sup & jungle if needed.

Apologising in advance for the following...

When i started ranked i lost 4 in a row with the worst possible teammates imaginable, trolls, worst team comps possible, the lot. I then began to duo with a friend (who doesn't play anymore) and managed to slowly get back up to 12 W 10 L, with an ELO of about 1200. Today i just went on a 5 game losing streak in solo Q and am fed up with having to waste 30 mins of my life in a game that was impossible to win from the off, as i had to go support and watch my team crumble various times, unable to really affect the game. /enoughcrying

Im hoping to find someone who is active, has good knowledge of the game and is quite competitive, as id rather push on and improve than play casually. Having a guaranteed 2 people that can play the game in 1 team makes things a whole lot easier, believe me. Hopefully, if your a higher ELO than me (which isn't hard), we might have some teammates with half a clue.
