CS:GO Low fps?

Hi Guys, need a bit of help after myself, dom and gaz couldn't figure out the following X_X

I only get a peak fps of 10 fps in game, how ever i hit about 200fps on the main menu, we have checked my graphics settings; here are my specs:-) any help would be great!

Amd FX 4100 quad core 3.6 ghz
Nvidia GTX550 Asus 1gig ddr5
2 Gig DDR3 memory
