Please help, CSS broked.

Someone posted this the other day, however I wasn't able to get a reply, and I wanted to add a bit of further explanation to what has happened to my hl2.exe.

The other day, I tried to run Source, and got the error, "hl2.exe has stopped working" this started happening out of the blue, and I hadn't changed any settings or anything on my computer for well over a week - as I was in hospital.

I've now tried the following things;
1) Deleting ClientRegistry.blob
2) Removing and attempting to run without Autoexec
3) Removing launch options and attempting to run.

I have absolutely no idea what else to do now, and have no idea what to try to get this to start working properly again.

PLEASE HELP :(

Also, it's totally random, some times it works and others it doesn't work. Majority of the time being it not working.
