Cadred New Site Questions

Ive tried contacting gonzo before and i'm not too sure how else to contact anyone with actually getting this problem fixed cos it's been doing it for nearly a year now and I'm wondering if it can be sorted please? My profile pic is blank and it's annoying too see when I make a post and when I try remove my current picture I get the following error;
