Ok so i have a mate, hes in a bit of a predicament, he made the mistake of lending this guy 50 quid, i know 50 quid isnt much, but hes only 16, and money is hard to come by, he needs to pay for his nans opperation, and he was wondering if there is any way of getting that 50 quid from this guy, this guys 24 years old, borrows money from a lot of people, and often refuses to pay back, and my mates pretty upset as he does need money. I was wondering if there is anything he can do, or is he simply just 50 quid out of pocket, and needs to learn from his mistakes.
