Just a few quick fire questions.
@ Counter-Strike: Global Offensive forum

Some of you may have come across the small survey I got people to answer about 20 odd days ago.
Thanks to all those of you who participated, the feedback was much better than we expected.

Here are a few quick fire questions though which I'd like to be answered if possible which aren't worth a whole new survey.

- On DM rotation what maps do you want to see other than d2, nuke & inf?
- On DM, would you like to gain 5hp everytime you get a kill and 10hp everytime you gain a headshot? (edit: note you cant exceed 100hp)
