Low fps on a new computer with an old GPU.

So I just updated my computer to a Bulldozer 4100 FX and 8GB DDR3 1600MHz and a Nvidia 8600GT. I recently had a computer with a Intel e8400, 2GB 800MHz ddr2 and a Nvidia GT 240. I used to have like 200 fps nearly stable on a nearly 5 y.o. computer. Now after my update I have about 150 fps and dropping to 50 fps in smoke. Does anyone know how to fix my problems ?
