Having some problems with FPS. Its way too low, from 60-140 fps.
Specs:
Nvidia Geforce GTX 295
Intel(R) Core (TM)2 Quac CPU Q9650 @ 3.00GHz
8 GB ram
Monitor: SyncMaster 2233RZ
Windows 7, 64 bit.

What may the problem be?
