Write threadNeed stable 240fps @ CS:GO & new soundcard

My comp:
4gb memory
Intel i5-2400 3.16ghz quadcore
graphic card: GeForce 9500GT
motherboard: ASUS P8H61-V
power: COOLERMASTER GX Bronze 550W
soundcard: some random shit idk, but i think it broken because if i listen to music and i put all volume to MAX it sounds like 50% of MAX volume on other soundcards/headsets (I have Zowie hammer) and ive had 3 diffrent microphones in short perioid time and everybody says my mic sucks that somtimes it sounds like im in middle of hurricane
So i need new graphic card which fits my motherboard and is enough good to run CS:GO stable atleast 200fps and some decent and cheap soundcard, suggestions?
edit: shud i overclock my processor to something like 3.5ghz does it help alot?
