Problems with cs:go help me plz

Hello,

The thing is, I have the CS: GO, and presumably for the PC that I would play for an average quality, but I'm having some problems with very low FPS and many crashs.

Play to about 5 FPS in-game. I have already installed the game in some bad portable and always have better performance
Here are the components of my computer:
Processor: AMD FX (tm) -6100 Six-Core Processor;
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 440
RAM: GB 4.00


I've waited over one month since I got the key, to see if it could be some update missing or so, but so far nothing.

I would appreciate help,
