Best CS:GO Commands (NOT to increase fps)

Can anyone recommend what some good commands to use in game are to gain an advantage or to help in any way?

I'm a 1.6 vet and after commands like 'nosound' and 'interp' (although I know nosound is no longer possible).

Also, I've got a pretty beastly computer (run CSS at constant 1000fps on stress test), should I still turn vsync off?
