CS:GO Mix Mumble

Hi Cadred.

Last week I was grinding IRC for a mix or gather but none were happening. Odd, because I noticed plenty of teams looking for an opponent. At this time I realized I missed the Mix Vents of the years past. You could hop on any day of the week and get a competitive game of Counter-Strike going in minutes. Sure, it wasn't perfect, but it didn't need to be.

Looking at its success I think I'm not the only one who enjoyed this type of play, and so I decided to start one for CS:GO.

Like every initiative for bringing players together, its success or failure will in the end depend you, the users. I can't present you with a packed voice server right now, we have to all start using it in order to get the fire started. That's why I'd like to ask you to at least bookmark the server, and whenever you might feel like some CS:GO to join the server and hang out. Someone has to be first and wait patiently for the rest to follow, otherwise it won't work no matter how popular CS:GO becomes.

To stimulate the activity on the Mix Mumble I'd like to give teams their own free channel with the ability to admin it. Aside from a free Mumble channel this will allow you to easily find opponents amongst the other teams with a channel and the mixteams.
