Starting a CS:GO team

Hello Guys, im looking to start a CS:GO team, i have a server and teamspeak and i can sort a website out as well

I have been playing games for over 17 years now started with the original cs beta so many years ago, then moved on to dod 1.3 and cs source, and i have been playing cod 4 for last 6 years, and im looking to get back in to the counter strike scene.

its just me at the moment, im looking for the following

Requirements
How many players: 4
Language: English
Location: UK Mainly but any where in europe due to ping is good
What gun: any
Skill requirement: med+
Age range: 18+ (younger players only if mature enough)
more requirements: on most nights, active, and non screamers and will to do tactics and work as team.
