i46 Predicted Seeds/Finishes

There doesn't seem to be any for this LAN, as I did it for the last one too I might aswell do it this time.

I havn't played in a while so I'm probably completely wrong, but it's just the sole opinion of me and for those who think they should be in the top 16 and are not on my list, no hard feelings!

This list is completely excluding the online quals seedings, apart from VG being seeded 1st. So this is more just where I think people will finish if we didn't have the rules of seedings from the online quals.

13th-16th could be completely different, think Anarchy and eNigma will definately be there, Rasta will depending on how much they've played & Apathy depending on how well they play.
