Budget pc upgrading

Hey guys, I've got about £500 to upgrade my pc.

I'm just looking to get better fps in general and a faster running pc, As my parts are outdated.

I don't know if it all needs to be upgraded but I'm thinking it probably would.

Specs:
Q6600@2.7GHz
4GB ram (ddr2)
Some asrock mobo(needs to be upgraded)
2x9500gt
700w psu (making a shit noise will need upgraded)
