Van Der Vaart has flown out to Hamburg to seal a deal worth 13m. Subject to a medical.

Everton have agreed a fee for Oviedo

De Jong has departed from city to join AC Milan. Undisclosed fee.

Richardson has joined Fulham for an undisclosed fee.

Hugo Lloris agreed and the player is subject to a medical.

Scott Sinclair has joined Manchester city for an undisclosed fee.

Mbia has travelled to QPR for a medical.

Joao Moutinho fee agreed by Tottenham in the region of 22m. A club record.

Maicon is on his way to Manchester City for an undisclosed fee.

Charlie Adam has joined Stoke for a fee around 6m.

Ryan Babel has been rumoured to join QPR.

Ibrahim Afellay has joined Fc Shalke on a season long loan.

A deal for Javi Martinez has been agreed with the fee to be around 24m.
