Looking for a Coder

Hey Guys,

I'm in need for a coder that can work with HTML, CSS, and possibly some java/php stuff.

I do have a design but essentially I am willing to alter it dependent on the skill level of the coder and so on. Some sort of CMS will be needed I guess since the site will need a number of users to do posts in a range of categories etc... sort of a gloried blog.

I can provide a small fee or produce designs etc as payment (guess this is ideal for people expanding their portfolio)
