Team Starlight is a professional gaming team competing to the best of the best in every game. Starting in 2012 and showing a new fresh face in the world of gaming we hope to make impact in the gaming scene and be remembered for a polite and prospective attitude in all aspects of any game.

First of all I would just like to add my piece on how our recruitment works. We look for people who are dedicated to the game of which they compete in. We completely understand that outside gaming people have priorities and we will do our utmost to support you in any way possible. Also our recruitment process wont be quick, we want to NOT make the mistakes which we see a lot of teams do these days by accepting squads which don’t even last 2 weeks because of petty arguments or just because they lied about being a full team, or even as simply as saying they had players that actually had never played for their team. So our process will probably last from about 5 weeks to 9 weeks for each team we probation.

We will also be looking for new staff. We are looking for quite a few additions to our staff and would love to get some applicants in and consider their abilities. So lets start by us telling you what we need and how to contact us.

•Gaming Server Management (Someone who administrates our servers and keeps them updated and secure).
•Player Recording Management (Someone to show our players how to use self recording applications like twitch TV and make sure their using it appropriately and when it’s essential).
•Team Managers ( Someone who manages a specific team and making sure their progressing to the standards set and make sure any problems or squabbles are handle promptly as this could affect game play).
•Tournament Administrator (We have our own tournament business which will be in place soon and we are looking for some administrator to organise and execute our tournaments and reached the standards set, I would recommend having experience in such activities.

Now to the squads. We are looking for very high potential in any squads which we probation, and even once accepted the bar continues to rise. We hope that all emails and applications we receive will have taken great consideration in to exactly what we are looking for and we will take that same consideration on revising your application.

•Guild Wars 2 Community ( More of a larger scale than a team but it is still essential to us)

•FIFA ( Console and PC)
•Counter strike: Global Offensive
