Elo Free Falling - Would like some advice

Long story short, to the humour of the people I scrim with, there has been a huge delight in my recent elo plummet (about 200 points in under a week) and I can't really understand what is going wrong.

All I can deduce is, although I can be ahead in my lane every time (ie never allowing opponent to out cs me or leave lane to influence other lanes) I am unable to go hyper carry and dominate so hard the game is a certainty.

If anyone has some spare time and wants to go over my profile and match history.. by all means beat me with the "wtf are those items!!" or "omg, lol nice runes!" quotes..

Just wanna know how I've managed to play 8 games yesterday and lost all of them
