Searching for +1 UK Player

This is like my 2nd or so thread now, but I'm just eagerer to find players to make the team work.

~ Take on criticism & always try to learn & listen.
~ Doesn't complain, moan or rage in games. Calls are priority.
~ Able to train 3 weekday evenings. Train and get a couple of scrims. Able to attend a long training session on Sundays which will take up 6 hours (with breaks) of training/scriming/recapping on mistakes & improvements. If you can play more, say Saturday as well then great.
~ Knows what hard work is in a team. Likes the game and always tries to improve.
~ 17+ & must be British.
~ Wants to LAN with the team.
~ Fits in with the team and has a sense of humor :D !!!


Line-up:
The team was NipXe abuzo sNARAD Arthelo and Rob4, but my mate Rob has just moved into University this week, where he only has wireless at his halls (it's not monitored so everyone on his block torrents from a weak 10mb connection) and has unplayable 10 - 500 ping. Problem is that it's +200 ping for the majority of the time. So I am looking for someone to play for him in order to keep the team.

PS. Please don't add me if you only have like 0-40 hours of CS:GO. Sorry it sounds stupid, but when I see that and think about how long the game has being out for now (including Beta) I can not take you seriously and hard to believe you even enjoy playing the game (which is the fundamental idea of a game). If you just haven't played due to finding team mates, fine add me :D, but I do expect you to play dm like a monster :) alongside team practice.
