Error 55 after CS:GO update

If you are in the Steam client beta(the one with The Big Picture.) If this is the case do this:

-Click on View, then click on Settings.
-Under the Account tab, look at the Beta participation section. You will want to OPT OUT of the beta participation.
-Click OK, and it should ask you to restart steam.
-If done correctly, you will see Steam restart and start updating

Now try to play the game.

If this still doesnt work do this:

Go to steam (top left of community tab) and select check for steam updates.
