Redline's HSmod DM server

Hello, I'm one of the many players who played on very popular, French CSS HSMod DM server:

Now from about one month server is offline, don't know why, but probably this is because sponsors didn't want to continue paying for him. Tried contact with hosting support to know who is owner or if can I just re-own this server, but no response was given -_-

I'm sick and tired of playing on those DM's where everybody is running with awp's, HSMod DM server in this case is the way to go, there aren't many in EU, most of them are only deagle, which is just boring. I want to create exact copy of previously mentioned server, exactly like it was configured. Only headshot kills, without headbob on friendly fire. Server will got 16 slots, map de_dust2, be situated in Germany or France, for ping to be the lowest for all.

I created this topic to know your opinion about such server, is amongst players interest in playing on this server? Please give feedback.
