Hey, just looking for some information on virtualisation from anyone who has worked with it.

I have a job interview tomorrow, and as part of the interview, they want me to give a short presentation on What virtualisation is and its advantages/disadvantages.

I know what it is, I have that part down, I was just wondering whether anyone can list a few of the advantages or disadvantages of using virtual machines within a business environment. I have a few, but not nearly enough to deliver a decent presentation.
