Write threadkeep crashing

Hello mates ! Everytime i'm playing any game now I just seem to crash randomly and freeze which means I need to turn off my PC.. (can happen at anytime), Sometimes I won't crash for a while then all of a sudden I crash like 3 times in an hour.
Specs;
2x4GB DDR3 Memory
AMD Bulldozer FX-8150
Radeon HD 6900 Series
Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 PCI-express
