thresh making me want to kill myself (well almost!)

Don't get me wrong, I love the new champion Thresh and am happy spending 7800ip for him. He's well balanced stats wise to make up for his unique utility.

But.....BUT!!! what makes me want to commit suicide is the fact that in the seven games I have played with him so far. no-one actually knows what the lantern does.. I've had teammates run around it instead of clicking on it (resulting in their deaths). I've had full hp junglers ready to gank only to ignore the lantern i put down for them to run around the bush and obviously fail like a muddy-funster.....

I've rage-smashed two of my previous pc's through rage but this time it's not the pc.

Who should I take this anger out on?!?!?!??!?!?
