Pc Upgrade Viable?

Hello guys, to make it short, I would like to get more fps in CS:GO without having to buy a new PC (can't afford it) by upgrading parts if it's possible (maybe a new GFX Card?). At the moment I get around 100-150 fps in competitive 5v5 games but when I deathmatch it can drop to around 60.

MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
CPU:
AMD Phenom II X6 1050T @ 2.8Ghz
Memory:
8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 564M
Hard Drive:
750Gig AMD
Video Card:
ATI Radeon HD 5870 1GiG GDDR5
