epic crash
@ Counter-Strike 1.6 forum

when i start cs 1.6 via steam(cant do without) it changes the resolution (to 800x600 i guess)at first and then loads until its in the menu (start game; quit; etc.). around 1 second after it minimizes. After maximize again, the screen is completely black, except the still visible mouse. any1 can help in this case?

+ if it helps you: i installed cs while i was playing another game..i started cs while the other one was minimized and i think it was longer in the menu until i closed cs..not sure bout that though

€ found some youtube vids where i should set "-dxlevel 70" in the launch option, but this doesnt help..


kk..works with -sw or sth...if you know how to make it work with fullscreen, tell me...otherwise die in my carefire
