currently im using temporary pc and its shit! where i need help is at how can i get CSS to run even on 30 fps. it's running currently at 10fps in D2.

Intel 2.0GHz
1014 RAM
the graphic card is some shit intels own.. if there is some DECENT fps cfgs HOLLA AT YO BOY!!!
