Warhammer Online : What Are Your Thoughts?

Well i'm going to be 100% honest here, i have been trying to play this game since 11am this morning and when i finally did i was shocked and very disappionted.... mainly because how bad and boring this game is :(

I'll do a out of 10 thing then i'll explain myself and then if you guys want to, leave your thoughts and out of 10 because it will be interesting to see what you think, might just be me that dislikes it :P

Graphics : 8/10 (would of been 9 but the creatures and chars run like retards chasing carrots and the terrain isn't as much detail compared to the char's)

Game Play : 3/10

Addictiveness : 0/10 (most boring MMORPG i have ever played... not even a challange! they even slap a red ring around the area you need to go to complete the quest etc)

Web Site and Customer Support : 1/10 (would have been 0 but the web site did actually work after 10 hours of waiting to create my account and validate my key and they did leave an update on the site about what was happening, despite it taking forver to fix!)

Cinematic Trailer : 8/10 (one of the better ones i have seen, if only the game was to the standard of the trailer.


ok just a quick rant at why i dislike it, its boring, very very very easy, not even a challange. Like i said above they even ring the next area you need to go to on the map for quests etc lol its a joke!

The char's and creatures/monstars run like retards towards you like i said above.

The fonts they use for text and combat logs are horrible.

The combat log isn't even above your head same with the creature you are attacking, took me a few mins to relise that my damage log is on the left and there damage log is on the right. (think thats right anyway hahahaha)

Leveling is stupidly easy, at level 2 Choas tank i was able to actually kill 9 level 1's at the same time, i then went into some crypt thing and managed to kill 8 lvl 2's at lvl 3 aswell lol on WoW it isn't that easy i don't think?

They have spent way to much time on the graphics and not much else really.

The map is just discusting! Same for the mini-map it's horrible.

Very boring, very repetative and very basic considering games like WoW have been out longer than this.

You could argue that i didn't play it enough to give it a chance but i did manage to hit level 8 and by that time i was so mind numbingly bored i couldn't take much more :(



Altho the interface is really cool because you can edit it to your liking (only bit i liked about the game other than the fact that it's PvP based is pritty cool as well, like that you can level while PvPing)


i'm sure alot of people will disagree with me but that's up 2 you, i do love World of Warcraft but because i have got to the stage in the game where pvp wise i can't do much more i have got bored and i hoped Warhammer Online would be my salvation for when i had nothing to do. I think i would rather start a new char on WoW and spend my time and money leveling that up than play Warhammer Online.

Please give me your thoughts on what you think about the game.

p.s) sorry for grammer etc writing English isn't one of my strongest points but i tried my best :D
