Well, Following on Ritch's example, if you dont like the current DM servers that are about, then buy your own that suits your own needs.

I'm currently sick to death of DM servers always on Dust2, Dust2 and De_fucking_dust2

I've set up a 100tick Headshot Only DM server with a rotation of Nuke, Inferno, Mill, Train and Dust2(>.<)
