mx518 sensitivity problems

Since i've bought the mouse its totally fucked me off how many times ive loaded up CSS to find that my sensitivity has totally been changed, obviously its nothing to do with css, but its the mouse sensitivity / dpi, now you say just turn it down right? Wrong, i do and is consistently inconsistent, totally different each time i play and its pissing me off.

Ive heard its something to do with vista?

Anyone else suffering? -.-


EDIT: I have no drivers installed
