Getting back into CS.

Heya,

I'm an old player with a different nick back then that's only just coming back into this game (last time I played for longer than a month you could still quickscope in source!)

How does one go about getting a team nowadays? What's the scene like? Are people friendly? Or are people still racist?

I've been playing with some quite good players lately (i'm trying to stay anon on here though :}) and I'm getting quite an encouraging vibe from people, it seems to be a lot more friendly than it used to be!
