cs;s download/ Where else except steam

Hi, ive deleted my cs;s and now downloading it again but is rly slow thru steam. 6kb/s..

Is there any way to download it from other place except steam with normal speed.

Its not by my net. Im downloading with nearly 1mb/s from source-movies.co.uk at the moment.
