Advice
How do I send invites?
Its a bit of a shitter finding your invites page, (So you know you go friends, search and invite, then Invite a Friend for actual beta invites), or here's the link:

Where is my QL folder?
C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\id Software\quakelive

You have to right click on the bar at the top of the folder and get the address bar up, then just copy&paste it in.

Misc.
1. Don't use a Hotmail account, if you have the invite may end up in your Junk folder

2. Start by playing Clan Arena, its the most forgiving, is most like CS / COD S&D and as you have full health, all guns at max ammo it'll help you get the feel.

3. Instagib scores are not recorded, so you can go on there and practice your aim without worrying about your KD ratio etc.

4. When in full screen press Alt+Enter to get back to windowed mode, then alt tab as normal
