In TDK they say that Harvey Dent ( aka 2 face) killed 5 people, which then Batman takes the fall for.

which 5 people?

the cop in the bar ( Wuertz)
Salvatore Maroni's Driver

Even if Maroni died in that crash, still leaves 2 people.

? Is this a mistake because of a re write, or am I missing a few people.
