I've been waiting for my sodding clip-on microphone for about 43 days now (you can only report it missing after 21 days), they don't reply to replacement item enquiries (they say 24hours), and they don't reply to refund enquiries (again 24hours).

I've been a happy customer until this episode (i've ordered about 10 things), but experiencing this and their poor customer service it's put me off ordering for good. I'm just happy the mic only cost £5.50!

Hopefully that's a warning for anybody contemplating ordering something from them again at the moment.
