Thoughts of my LAN?

hey guys was wondering what you guys think of this thought.
i have a hall in the place i work at, and i cant get it cheaper than most other people. so i was thinking of maybe hosting a LAN, im going to try and make it professional, as i can hold about 100-120 people comfortably on the nigh (No where close to i series but yeh). was wondering your thoughts. i mean i would have alot to learn about the technical side of things, but i have friends who can help me. just a couple questions of the top of my head are
how/where do i get a router/server to hold up to 100-120 people?
How much per ticket? is 20-25 pounds reasonable?
what would the start/end times be?
how would i go about getting the word out? i mean i need about 100 people to make it worth my time
how many different types of game tournements should there be?
how much should the prize pot be (realisticly)?
and any other suggestions/thought would be much appreciated.
also if it is successful i can probably do it as often as once per month tbh. also it would be in Harrow, London
