UK 1.6 To Be At ESWC
@ ESWC channel

Last week it was reported that the UK will not send a Counter-strike 1.6 team to Paris for the ESWC finals, it seems now however, that TheSGL will be hosting an online competition giving a team the chance for a shot at the ESWC finals.

The people over at TheSGL.org have decided to give UK 1.6 a lifeline and are offering one lucky team the chance to represent their country at 1.6.

The competition will be played online via theSGL.com on Monday 21st, Tuesday 22nd and Thursday 24th June.

The winning team will receive paid travel and accommodation to the grand final, where they will fight with the likes of Fnatic, Na`Vi and mTw for the chance to be crowned the worlds best of 1.6 and receive a share of the $213,500 prize pot.
