Derailed have ventured into North American Counter Strike: Source, picking up HAUSEN, who are a new addition to ESEA-i. The team comes with a mix of new talent and CS:S veteran, Austin "Forever0" Kulig-Kort.

The the team consists of player that have all been on the verge of breaking into the top of the North American scene but have never quite made it. However, with Derailed's support feel that they may turn a few heads during their participation in ESEA-i. It should also be mentioned that, Forever0, who has spent his fair share of time with the granddaddies of North American Counter Strike, will be hoping to bring his experience to this new breed roster and hopes to cause a few upsets in near future.

I feel exited about our new roster and I hope we will do well this season. With a Good Strat caller like Synergy and the experience of Forever0 I can't see why we wouldn't be a top contender this season if we put the same efforts every match.

Recently, vTy, Owner of the Derailed Organization contacted me due to being interested in picking up a North American team. At the time I was not on a team but I promised him I would pick team that was dedicated and could possibly bring good results to the Organization. I went after team HAUSEN, new comers to ESEA-invite this season. I personally thought that their four players they already had were solid enough to become contenders, only time will tell. Right now heading into ESEA-invite we are considered one of the underdogs but hopefully by the end of the season we are considered top contenders.

Statement from acting GM Kyle "vTy" Ellis

Expanding into the North American scene is something I've wanted to do since the re-birth of the CSS scene. It was just a matter waiting for the right opportunity, and we feel this is the right moment to do so. The team is combining experience and skill with a heavy practice schedule and despite being considered underdogs for the upcoming ESEA-Invite season we're all fairly optimistic that we'll be a team to watch!
