An update for Counter-Strike: Source Beta has been released.
The latest update to CS:S Beta has implemented a feature that many should recognize from CS 1.6; a feature that makes it necessary for one to purchase ammunition, effectively making the game's 'economy-system' more complex.
Additionally, Hidden Path have fixed some minor bugs and exploits previously found on de_inferno.
Counter-Strike Source Beta:
Reinstated ammo cost.
Added client ConVar cl_autobuyammo ( default 7 ) which determines how much ammo to attempt to buy with guns.
1-7: The ammo buttons in the Buy menu are hidden. ConCommands buyammo1 and buyammo2 are still active.
0: Ammo is not automatically purchased and the ammo buttons in the Buy menu are visible. They now buy single ammo boxes.

The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted.
