Just a few weeks after their 3rd place finish at the hotly contested i42 CS:S event, Rasta xD have made a change to their lineup.

The team went into the event without much preparation after being forced to make two lineup changes just weeks beforehand, however with Shane 'shaney' Smith and Nick 'zeo' Jugjeewon in place of Desmond 'des' Bourke and Josh 'mole' Rowley they stormed all the way to the lower bracket final, seeing off numerous dangerous teams on the way before narrowly losing out to team Epsilon, finishing third place overall. It was the first time both new players had performed at such a high level and at no point did they look out of their depth, both consistently making important kills.

Still, performance isn't everything and after the event it was rumoured that changes were on the horizon. Fast forward a few weeks down the line and the news has been released that Nick 'zeo' Jugjeewon has been removed, filling the gap left will be none other than old timer Eamon 'cauzed' Drea - making his return to the team after a 6 month spell of inactivity. The move will see him link up once more with his partners in crime Jake 'jakem' McCausland and Nayden 'nayden' Delchev as Rasta aim to go one better at their next event.

Jake 'jakem' McCausland said the following on the Rasta Gaming website:

There has been no official announcement about our lineup changes before i42, so I thought i would just update everyone! Obviously mole and des left before i42 for their own various reasons. This lead us on to taking shaney and zeo to i42 to fill in with us for the event. They both played really well, espcially shaney and thats why we have decided to pick him up officially for the team. We thank zeo for filling in with us and we wish him the best of luck for the future.

This means we were in need of a 5th and we have decided to pick up none other than Eamon "cauzed" Drea to reunite the Surrey combo. One of my best friends both online and in real life, its great to have him back in the team now he has more time on his hands. We look forward to attending epiclan, i42 and any other lans that pop up this summer!
