I had a chance to talk to

London Mint manager
Sujoy Roy ahead of their match against Carolina Core on Monday
Hello Sujoy, on Monday you play your first game of the tournament against the Carolina Core, going into the match which areas do you think the team will excel in, and which areas do you think they'll struggle?
Well, obviously they have a weak FIFA player, where as we have one of the strongest players in the world, we're looking towards ChrisyB to rack up the points.
Our Counter Strike team on paper is stronger, but on the night anything can happen.
How has the team specifically prepared to face the region 1 runners up?
We haven't been training just for Carolina, we want to beat everyone, obviously our players have been watching for weaknesses closely. But in the other games pgr there's no specific strategy, just speed and a bit of luck in collisions. It's the same for the other games. For source we havent seen them play for a while, so instead of focusing on their game we'll focus on ours.
You're used to being in the media spotlight, how do you think the team will fare?
Our team is used to winning, they did it in the UK, they did well under the spotlight, they'll bring that here. Where as the other team isn't used to winning, we'll do what comes natrually and ignore the cameras. We're lucky in some respects that it's not the first game, we've seen 6 teams play, by now everybody is getting used to the way the games are being played.
Peekay said he was "going to get" ChrisyB, are you confident in Chris's ability to blow him out?
I think peekay talks a lot. Chris is just a far better player at the end of the day, who knows what will happen, realistically everyone expects a big win from Chris.
You are representing the United Kingdom against the rest of the world, does national pride come into the desire to win?
Yeah absolutely, it does. The guy's wanna win for themselves, but they also want to prove that the uk is the premier nation for gamers.
Which matchup do you see as being the key to winning the overall match?
That's a tough one, I'd like to see Paddaman perform, Offbeat was a bit off his game yesterday, I think the biggest game is CS in terms of possible gain, a blowout would mean near certain victory.
Watching the early matches, were you surprised at how big the win margins were?
No, I expected every single one, we've played so much in practice you really can tell how good everyone is, all the games so far have been expected.
One of the biggest ego's in DoA is Paddaman, do you try and encourage this to hype him up before a big game?
I think it helps to have an ego and be full of confidence, I've seen how it affects other players, like in the UK championship Paddaman intimidated Messy.
What's been the most fun thing so far here in LA?
Having illegal parties in the Australians room
Thanks for your time
