Just days after parting ways with UK gaming organisation Four-Kings, Ben Baker has been signed by German team Alternate aTTax.

Three days ago, Four-Kings announced on their website that he had left the team, with the following given as the reason:

4Kings and the player were not able to agree on continuing the working relation, and therefore DeMusliM is released from his duties within 4Kings

Baker however, was not happy with this version of the events, and as a reply to both this, and Four-Kings' WC3 player Grubby's recent criticism of his motivation, made the following statement:

Eventually I got tired of broken promises and decided to do something about it - Leave. It wasn't because i got kicked, or I'm not practising or taking the game seriously. I'm tired of not being taken seriously, not the other way round.

I won't go into huge detail as I think that's unfair on 4k, but i think its best that instead of you jumping to your own conclusions that you hear how i truly feel. And I'm working on finding a new team shortly.

Sure enough, he did find a new team in just a couple of days, with an announcement that he had joined ALTERNATE aTTaX. On their website, he gave the following statement:

I'm very happy to be joining such a well respected team within the CS community and I hope to help give it the same glow within the Realm of WC3. Joining my partner in crime XlorD - I hope we can achieve great things and I will give the future all I have to hold.
