Part 1
Well the bed, it's pretty nifty, the video in which I said it can go "up and down" doesn't really do it justice, you can individually adjust the amount of air in each side of the bed. Incredible.
I woke up nice and early at 5 am, jetlag for the win. Had a shower and did some work on the brackets and blog. American TV sucks.
The breakfast press conference was prettty awesome. Let's put the conference part of it aside, I love American breakfast. Sausages, some sort of potato mix, bacon (although it sucks compared to British Bacon), and scrambled eggs, hell I even had a doughnut to go with it, see you @ obesity.
Onto the serious matters, I got wind (no not that kind of wind) of the Dell 3on3 WoW PVP tournament, as well as getting all the info about the press area and the such. I have also managed to successfuly secure use of our 16,000 slot SourceTV relay for the Individual Counter Strike: Source games, and will do my best to push hard to get it for the main games. The whole thing is being incredibly professionally run and I'd like to take a moment to thank everyone at the CGS, PR and Marketing, as well as Fleishman. They really are catering for a journalists needs.
Speak of journalist, who's here? Well we have; CGS, Cadred.org, TNWA, Gotgames (Australian), Readmore.de, Gameriot, Fragbite, and some more I can't remember, impressive!
After less than 4 hours sleep I'm feeling full and my eyelids are dropping, I have another press conference at 2:30 PM which I'll bring you the full scoop on, presented by Andy Reif himself. Catch up with you guys later for live coverage of the first two games!
News just in: We
MAY (read a possibility) have SourceTV for the franchise games, this will be provided by Cadred.org and Verygames. This is currently dependent on the internet connection at the studio
